About the Role

The role involves managing and optimizing AWS environments, implementing DevOps best practices, and supporting deployment pipelines to improve system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
  • Ensure cloud environments meet security and compliance standards
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment
  • Optimize cloud resource usage to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain system reliability through proactive incident response
  • Support disaster recovery and backup strategies
  • Integrate monitoring and alerting tools across environments
  • Manage identity and access controls in cloud platforms
  • Enforce configuration management across systems
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems
  • Document architecture and operational procedures
  • Assist in migration of services to cloud platforms
  • Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies
  • Ensure logging and audit trails are properly maintained
  • Work closely with security teams to address vulnerabilities
  • Support containerized workloads using container orchestration platforms
  • Improve deployment speed and system stability
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
  • Promote a culture of observability and continuous improvement
  • Manage DNS and domain configurations
  • Support secure software delivery practices
  • Contribute to post-mortem reviews and action plans
