About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services, experience with cloud migration, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions using AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations for cloud infrastructure support.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Monitor cloud performance and optimize resource utilization.
- Work with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for cloud environments.
- Manage and optimize cloud costs and budgets.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Implement and manage cloud monitoring and logging solutions.
- Participate in cloud architecture reviews and design sessions.
- Develop and implement cloud migration strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in AWS, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or similar role.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization techniques.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
