SDHC is looking for an AVID Tutor to provide direct academic support and guidance to students. In this role, you will help students build the skills and confidence needed for academic success.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate tutorial sessions using the AVID methodology
- Guide students through collaborative study groups and inquiry-based learning
- Act as a role model, demonstrating organization and critical thinking
- Foster a positive, supportive, and rigorous learning environment
