Woven by Toyota is hiring an Autonomous Fleet Support Engineer to provide critical technical support for our fleet of autonomous vehicles. Your work will directly ensure vehicle uptime, safety, and performance by diagnosing and resolving complex on-road and software issues.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and maintain the operational status of the autonomous vehicle fleet.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate, document, and analyze recurring problems.
- Develop and refine operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Support vehicle deployment, configuration, and data collection activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support, field service, or operations role for hardware/software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, to support fleet operations.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly document issues and collaborate with engineering.
- Proficiency with Linux command line, log analysis tools, and basic scripting.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other complex electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, Ethernet) and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and telemetry data analysis.
- Background in software QA or validation for safety-critical systems.
