Responsibilities
- Maintain high availability, performance, and scalability of the UiPath automation platform
- Design and support robust automation system architectures
- Automate routine platform operations and improve delivery workflows
- Enforce security policies, compliance standards, and data privacy controls
- Detect, analyze, and resolve platform-related incidents promptly
- Enable self-service access to platform resources for automation developers
- Assist automation developers and consultants in designing sound data and application structures
- Ensure seamless integration between automation tools through effective API and interface management
- Create and deploy UiPath platform designs in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid setups
- Guarantee platform designs meet performance, scalability, and uptime requirements
- Perform ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades of platform components
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools for early issue detection
- Diagnose and fix platform performance bottlenecks and integration errors
- Build and refine CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of workflows and platform updates
- Automate operational processes to minimize manual effort and improve efficiency
- Produce clear documentation for deployments, procedures, system diagrams, and technical standards
- Define and apply consistent infrastructure and automation practices across all environments
- Apply corporate security protocols, access controls, and compliance measures to automation components
- Handle certificate management, authentication settings, and network configurations
- Promote active communication and knowledge exchange with peer teams and automation experts
- Collaborate closely with internal technical stakeholders using the automation platform
- Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure reliable platform support
- Leverage cloud and infrastructure expertise to assist with Low Code platform initiatives
