AUTO1 Group is hiring a Customer Service Agent (B2B Business Support Agent) to provide first-level support to our business customers on AUTO1.com. You will be the key interface between our dealers and internal specialist departments, ensuring efficient resolution of aftersales and operational inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming inquiries from business customers via phone or written communication regarding aftersales and operational processing topics.
- Find suitable solutions for each customer concern.
- Support dealers with logistics, document dispatch, payments, and complaints.
- Work closely with internal specialist departments.
- Act as the interface between customers and specialist departments to ensure efficient resolution.
- Maintain and manage overviews, reports, and customer data with care and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Structured and careful work approach.

- Strong communication skills with active listening and reliability.
- Negotiation-level German language skills (spoken and written).
- Confident handling of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
Nice to Have
- First experience in customer service.
