Monks is looking for an Audiovisual Designer to design and produce high-quality audio and visual content for a variety of projects. You will work closely with creative teams to bring innovative concepts to life, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance the overall production quality.
What You'll Do
- Develop and produce engaging audio and visual content, including videos, animations, sound design, and multimedia presentations for various platforms.
- Utilize advanced audio-visual technology and software to execute high-quality production, ensuring optimal sound and visual fidelity.
- Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to translate creative concepts into compelling audio-visual narratives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines and workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review and critique audio and visual outputs to ensure they meet high standards for quality and creativity.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in audio-visual production.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in audio-visual development or production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, sound design, and multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition).
- Familiarity with other audio-visual tools.
- Ability to think creatively and develop original concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas to clients.
- Strong attention to detail, capable of delivering polished and professional audio-visual content.
