The base salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.06 hourly. Every guest's unique vacation begins with a personalized reservations experience. Our remote reservations sales associates are responsible for delivering superior first impressions by adhering to call quality standards and utilizing lead management systems. The role demands exceptional communication skills and reservation accuracy, supporting revenue management strategies through: - Upselling, promotions, outbound revenue generation, and cross-selling amenities - Creating personalized guest experiences by accurately inputting contact information - Adding guest history details like previous stays, preferences, and special occasions - Responding to inquiries about reservations, availability, accommodations, pricing, and offers - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of: * Resort facilities, services, and operational hours * Accommodation details, layouts, and attributes * Studio rates, packages, and promotions * Spa treatments, benefits, and costs * Daily availability statistics * Entertainment and local event schedules * Resort access directions * Local service and point of interest information - Resolving guest challenges effectively - Collaborating with service team members across departments - Ensuring accurate financial transactions Qualifications: - Must reside in U.S. Mainland - Two years hospitality/reservations experience, preferably luxury resort - Professional business communication skills - Strong people and sales abilities - Excellent phone manner - Team collaboration skills - One year Opera experience required - Google, Navis Certification preferred Additional Information A portfolio of extraordinary hospitality destinations offering unique luxury experiences across multiple continents.
