About the Role

The role involves managing and growing sales activities in the specified regions, focusing on flavors and food distribution channels. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, support key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to meet regional targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and flavor industry
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Support customer trials and product implementations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Work closely with regional distribution partners
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Provide market feedback to product development teams
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

  • Promote technical understanding of product offerings among clients
  • Manage sales pipelines and track key performance indicators
