Responsibilities
- Create AI-driven agents that perform independent reasoning, retrieve data, make decisions, and execute tasks within enterprise environments.
- Construct and refine AI workflows using large language models, function calling, tool coordination, and multi-phase logic to automate intricate business operations.
- Build dependable Python-based backend services to manage AI interactions, handle multi-step conversations, and route enterprise API requests effectively.
- Develop and sustain modern user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar tools to support real-time AI engagement and intuitive dashboards.
- Deliver streamlined automation experiences, including interactive dashboards, formatted outputs, and conversational interfaces for enterprise users.
- Connect AI agents securely with enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, databases, and approval platforms via APIs.
- Formulate prompt engineering techniques, system-level prompts, tool specifications, and workflow logic to ensure accurate and secure AI behavior.
- Engineer smart automation tools for document access, reporting, alerts, workflow handling, approvals, and data insights.
- Deploy and manage AI applications in cloud or on-premise environments with SSO, secure authentication, CI/CD, and enterprise networking.
- Work closely with business teams, product managers, architects, and developers to convert business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Improve AI agent efficiency, stability, scalability, and usability through ongoing testing, monitoring, and optimization.
- Adhere to enterprise standards for security, governance, and software development in all AI implementations.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, deployments, and operational procedures.
- Keep current with advancements in AI, LLM capabilities, and enterprise automation to enhance solution effectiveness.
