Thescon GmbH is hiring Associate Sales Consultants (m/w/*) to assume initial project responsibility and drive new customer acquisition. You will be introduced to your tasks and independent sales activities gradually, supported by our experienced team.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers and support existing customer relationships.
- Gain knowledge in quality management topics like Computer System Validation (CSV), GxP, and industry compliance through project work.
- Develop insight into pharmaceutical/medical technology industries, customer requirements, and sales tools.
- Identify client needs in prospect conversations and contribute to service portfolio development.
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through contract signing, project execution, and ongoing support.
What We're Looking For
- A very good bachelor's degree (or higher), completed within the standard period of study.
- Negotiation-fluent German and fluent English.
- 80% willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with free choice of residence within Germany.

- Curiosity, personal responsibility, and willingness for further training in new subject areas.
- Affinity for sales, IT, process thinking, and quality management.
- Desire for responsible and demanding tasks.
