Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned manufacturing tasks with routine supervision
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures for all activities
- Execute and oversee key production processes
- Support validation efforts by completing standard protocols
- Prepare and update manufacturing documents, SOPs, and technical reports
- Conduct basic problem-solving for equipment or process issues
- Help review documentation related to assigned areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups and represent manufacturing interests
- Take ownership of deviation investigations and corrective actions
- Propose and support implementation of process improvements

- Initial on-boarding period lasts between 2 and 6 weeks, conducted on a daytime administrative schedule (Monday to Friday, approximately 8am to 5pm)
- After on-boarding, the position transitions to a 12-hour night shift from 7pm to 7am
- Shift rotation follows a two-week cycle operating 7 days a week
