About the Role

Lockheed Martin Canada seeks an Associate Manager, Pricing to lead pricing responses for Government and commercial RFPs, focusing on Earned Value Management (EVM). You will improve team forecasting and estimating accuracy while managing a dynamic portfolio and leading a small team.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and manage the compilation of proposal inputs driven by cost, schedule, and technical elements per RFP requirements.
  • Monitor the coordination, collection, and accumulation of cost, schedule, and performance data from functional departments within tight deadlines.
  • Ensure comprehensive bid and price strategies are shaped, developed, and matured with cost methods applied per corporate policies.
  • Perform financial modeling and analyses, including rate studies, business case development, cash flow, NPV, and IRR analyses.
  • Manage the development of initiatives to increase profit and cashflow.
  • Participate in should-cost and Price To Win reviews with management.
  • May participate as a member of the contract negotiating team.
  • Represent the estimating organization with other internal functions and interact with customers as required.
  • Possess comprehensive written and oral communication skills to support proposal development, executive reviews, fact-finding, and negotiations.
  • Provide direct supervision to a small team of employees and direct daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Appropriate degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience and education, with professional experience and training commensurate with the assignment.
  • 5-10 years of Pricing experience.
  • Demonstrated full spectrum leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to obtain a Canadian Secret security clearance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Pro-Pricer.
  • Experience pricing large defense procurement-type projects.
  • Experience using SAP.
