Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership, private equity groups, and external advisors to shape compelling equity narratives and prepare materials for market entry
- Use Excel and business intelligence platforms such as PowerBI, Power Query, and Power Pivot to produce detailed financial, operational, and segment-level analyses
- Evaluate and verify financial assumptions tied to transactions, including synergy estimates, earnings adjustments, and projected financial statements
- Lead or assist in assembling and organizing data rooms with investor-grade documentation and disclosures
- Partner with CFOs and finance teams to address due diligence inquiries from private equity or corporate buyers
- Travel to client locations as required to support on-site execution
