Cygnify is hiring an Associate Engineer/Senior - Network Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain 4G/5G systems, microwave radio links, AC/DC power infrastructure, fixed transmission networks, antenna distribution setups, and associated network hardware
  • Assist in site acceptance procedures, system commissioning, integration tasks, testing protocols, and issue resolution
  • Deliver technical assistance for network scaling projects, including mobile cellular deployments
  • Carry out provisioning and fault diagnosis for fixed transmission systems
  • Liaise with property managers, suppliers, and field contractors on operational and project-related tasks
  • Analyze system faults and apply preventive strategies to reduce service disruptions and repeated failures
  • Support daily operations and handle escalated technical issues
