Paired is hiring an Associate Brand Manager - (LATAM based - remote)

Paired seeks an Associate Brand Manager to serve as the right hand to the Brand Manager for our portfolio brand, Verb. This is an operations-first role, designed as a path to eventually running a brand. You’ll own systems, reporting, and coordination to keep the brand running smoothly, while gaining broad exposure to marketing, customer experience, and product.

What You'll Do

• Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts.
• Flag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed.
• Own task management and keep internal coordination tight.
• Help plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
• Draft social media posts, email content, and creative briefs.
• QA landing pages, ads, and website updates.
• Respond to support tickets and help drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Monitor feedback and surface issues related to product or fulfillment.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally with Shopify.
• Familiarity across multiple parts of a brand—operations, marketing, CX, or product.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, whether from a side hustle, a small brand you've built, or deep curiosity about consumer businesses.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment.
• Smart, coachable, and eager to grow fast.

This is the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team, reporting directly to the Brand Manager.
