SHISEIDO is seeking an Assistant Retail Education apprentice for the Gallinée brand within its EMEA Prestige Retail Education department. This one-year apprenticeship starting September 2026 will have you supporting the development of training strategies, tools, and community for international markets.
What You'll Do
- Brainstorm strategy for developing training content for institutional training and new product launches.
- Develop institutional training tools and create training modules (PowerPoints) to build concepts and product knowledge.
- Create product manuals and sheets as short content tools for beauty advisors and pharmacists.
- Produce other seasonal training tools as needed by markets.
- Organize training seminars, managing all logistical aspects from invitations to setup.
- Develop and support the community of trainers, maintaining contact and gathering feedback.
- Manage the training platform, making tools available and updating its look and feel.
- Produce a quarterly report on market trainers' activity on the platform.
What We're Looking For
- A candidate eligible for a one-year apprenticeship (potentially renewable).
- A Master's degree from a business school or university.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in cosmetics.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).

- Experience in a retail point of sale.
- Creative, multitasking, organized, and detail-oriented.

Team & Environment
You will join the EMEA Prestige Retail Education department, surrounded by trainers for various prestige beauty care brands (Shiseido, Clé de Peau Beauté, Drunk Elephant, Dr Dennis Gross). You will report directly to the Senior Retail Education Manager EMEA for Gallinée, Drunk Elephant, and Dr Dennis Gross.
