Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for mobile dental and oral surgery services
- Assist in managing clinical and administrative staff during travel rotations
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are prepared and transported for each site
- Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling across multiple locations
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations in temporary facilities
- Handle patient intake and documentation processes efficiently
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
- Supervise inventory of medical and dental supplies between visits
- Collaborate with lead clinicians to align on operational needs
- Troubleshoot logistical issues that arise during site transitions
- Ensure all mobile units meet regulatory and sanitation standards
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information
- Support financial documentation and insurance verification tasks
- Coordinate with local facilities for setup and access permissions
