Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to generate original campaign concepts, then bring them to life across multiple channels and formats (ATL, digital, social, etc.) while maintaining visual consistency.
Translate storytelling, brand character, and strategy into visually compelling creative solutions.
Adapt and refine creative direction across various formats, platforms, and production outputs.
Support senior creatives in preparing presentations and concept boards for internal reviews.
Understand clients’ marketing and business goals to ensure creative ideas effectively meet their needs.
Stay up-to-date on trends in art direction, design, and campaigns to continuously elevate creative output.
Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working within an advertising agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, ideamaking, and visual communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Demonstrated ability to seamlessly blend ideation and execution, developing concepts and bringing them to life through design and art direction.
Able to listen to direction, absorb feedback, and iterate quickly.
Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple assignments.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English.

International experience or education (e.g. Miami Ad School) is a strong advantage.
