About the Role
This position leads the development and implementation of integrated solutions for Army client programs, ensuring alignment between strategic goals, operational execution, and performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction for defense-related client accounts
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to define program objectives
- Oversee program delivery across multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements
- Manage risk mitigation strategies across project lifecycles
- Develop performance metrics to track program success
- Serve as primary liaison between client and delivery teams
- Guide resource allocation to meet mission priorities
- Maintain alignment with national defense standards
- Facilitate communication across technical, operational, and executive levels
- Drive continuous improvement in program execution
- Support contract negotiations and modifications
- Ensure adherence to budgetary and scheduling constraints
- Lead crisis response and contingency planning
- Promote innovation in service delivery models
- Foster collaboration between engineering and logistics teams
- Monitor evolving client requirements and adjust strategies
- Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables
- Manage executive-level reporting and briefings
- Support long-term client relationship development
- Coordinate with subcontractors and partners
- Oversee documentation and compliance audits
- Implement cybersecurity and data protection protocols
- Lead transition planning between project phases
- Ensure alignment with federal acquisition regulations

Security Requirements
