About the Role

Baqend GmbH is hiring an Area Sales Manager to build and maintain our customer base in Frankfurt, focusing on housing associations, gas stations, and retail grocery stores. You will be instrumental in representing our mission to reduce CO₂ emissions on the last mile of parcel deliveries, working within a dynamic, mission-driven sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct direct acquisition of new B2B partners through field sales.
  • Manage a customer portfolio across retail grocery, gas stations, and housing associations.
  • Be responsible for customers from initial contact through to contract closure.
  • Develop tailored solutions for regional partners considering local conditions.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
  • Build a network of relevant contacts in your region.
  • Drive the company's rapid growth with your ideas and sales talent.

What We're Looking For

  • Very good German language skills.
  • Place of residence in Munich, Hamburg, NRW, Berlin, or Frankfurt.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or B2B direct acquisition.
  • Familiarity with selling services.
  • Profound experience in contract negotiation.

Nice to Have

  • English language skills.
