Honeywell is looking for an Apprentice – Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our Integrated Supply Chain manufacturing site in Southend-on-sea. You'll gain practical experience in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) while developing the skills needed for a dynamic manufacturing career. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll get direct exposure to our production environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in implementing advanced manufacturing techniques to produce electrical products
- Support the development and optimization of production workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
- Perform quality inspections
- Participate in training programs to develop manufacturing operations and supply chain management skills
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of GCSE grade C / level 4 in maths and English
- Ability to commute with ease to the Southend-on-sea office
- Business-level English written and spoken language skills, with confidence to present face-to-face to Senior Management
- Full and permanent right to work in the UK
- A passion to pursue a career in manufacturing and engineering
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Site Manager, working within our manufacturing site environment to gain hands-on experience.
