Nexxa.ai is hiring an Applied AI Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with enterprise and strategic clients to assess their operational workflows, data environments, and technical needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement tailored AI solutions using generative AI, large language models, machine learning, computer vision, and client-specific data sources.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, from initial scoping and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing refinement.
  • Optimize and integrate AI and machine learning pipelines, covering data preparation, prompt engineering, model selection, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop robust, scalable software integrations using APIs, cloud platforms, and containerized architectures.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges across applications, models, data flows, infrastructure, and third-party integrations.
  • Serve as a trusted technical partner to clients, guiding them in adopting new AI capabilities and product features.
  • Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and influence product development priorities.
  • Create clear, comprehensive documentation, including system architectures, operational runbooks, and technical guides for client teams.
  • Support and mentor less experienced engineers while helping refine field delivery best practices.
