Spalding, a Saalex Company, is hiring an Application/System Administrator. You will perform installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and security implementation for software applications, with a primary focus on Windows systems. You'll provide expert technical support via a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal and external teams.
What You'll Do
- Install, integrate, configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement security for software applications, with a focus on Windows-based systems.
- Provide technical support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal and external teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and administering applications on Windows-based systems.
- Strong experience troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Knowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement them.
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification (must show proof prior to interview).
- Education and experience: BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
- Security clearance: An active/Interim TS/SSBI clearance is desired, or an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI. US Citizenship is required.
