Altus Group is looking for an Applications Support Specialist to join a close-knit team, working remotely or from an office. You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing client tickets and data conversions, and supporting end users for our real estate platform clients.
What You'll Do
- Review, troubleshoot, and support end users and admin support via a ticketing system.
- Provide system reviews and best practice advice to clients.
- Perform client-requested data conversions.
- Maintain client service level agreements.
- Review and maintain clients' portfolios in their system of record.
- Implement best practice ideas within client systems.
- Report ticket counts and repeat issues to clients.
- Create and deliver customized training materials and documentation.
- Act as a liaison for both internal and external customers.
- Support Senior Consultants on projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of property management systems experience.
- Above-average proficiency in a Real Estate Platform (Multifamily, Commercial, Senior housing, and Affordable experience all considered).
- Previous technical or software support experience.
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and work with multiple clients and changing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to be a self-starter and be comfortable with remote work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.
