KBC Group is looking for an Application Support Engineer to maintain complex platforms and resolve incidents for our digital channels. You will be crucial in ensuring stable, high-quality application performance, primarily working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). No prior experience with AEM is necessary, as full training will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to content management implementation.
- Provide customer and business support for software applications.
- Resolve incidents, taking into account impact and priorities.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns.
- Maintain frontend components within the AEM environment.
- Maintain microservices interfacing with AEM.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful web services, and DevOps.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT-related field.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work under strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of the latest and proven technologies on the market.
- A resilient mindset that doesn't get discouraged by changing priorities or constraints and actively searches for solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Content Management Systems or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
