CNH Industrial is looking for an Application Specialist to manage assigned applications and ensure overall service levels while supporting enhancements and projects. You will be part of an international and collaborative team passionate about productivity, sustainability, and improving customer efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Manage the assigned applications portfolio and coordinate with other ICT teams to ensure the overall service level.
- Support solution proposals in collaboration with other ICT areas.
- Participate in projects for application evolution and maintenance, ensuring quality and methodology compliance.
- Ensure the coherence of the application system to business process requirements.
- Maintain business/user requirements documentation, technical documentation, and training documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Application / Software, with proven management capability.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
