Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate consistent, high-quality security standards into the software development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain advanced manual and automated security procedures to detect, assess, and reduce risks throughout the software environment.
- Lead forward-looking security efforts such as threat modeling, in-depth code analysis, and offensive security operations including penetration testing.
- Design and oversee the implementation of vulnerability scanning tools, and manage follow-up processes to ensure timely fixes.
- Support the creation and ongoing enhancement of secure coding policies and procedural guidelines.
- Translate technical security findings and risk evaluations into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences to maintain company-wide alignment.
- Guide junior team members and promote a transparent, proactive security mindset across the organization.
