Responsibilities
- Design, validate, and implement machine learning models using 2D and 3D CT imaging data tailored to customer quality inspection requirements.
- Engage directly with customer engineering and manufacturing teams, both remotely and in person, to manage end-to-end model development including data curation, labeling strategy, training, validation, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, establish achievable timelines, set measurable success criteria, and provide regular updates on progress and potential risks.
- Work closely with Product Management and Software Engineering to identify common customer needs and help shape product enhancements that strengthen the core platform.
- Support the development of internal AI/ML best practices, including standards for model evaluation, deployment architectures, and compliance frameworks for regulated sectors.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation such as model specifications, validation reports, and customer-facing summaries.
