TPAPT is hiring a remote AP English Tutor to provide specialized test preparation to high school students. You’ll help students master AP Language and AP Literature courses by tailoring instruction to their individual learning styles and academic goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide AP Test Prep Tutoring to students in grades 9-12.
- Work closely with students to understand their unique learning styles.
- Create customized lesson plans that support individual academic goals.
What We're Looking For
- An earned Bachelor’s Degree.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of and past experience with online AP test prep lesson delivery.
- US state-level teaching certification or conditional certification in ELA for grades 9-12.
- A passion for helping others learn.
- Availability for 3-12 hours per week.
- Experience teaching AP English.
Nice to Have
- Experience having instructed or tutored AP Language and AP Literature courses in the past.
