HR Consulting Ines Schöffmann GmbH is looking for a specialist for Anwendungsbetreuung Business Applications (Junior/Senior) to manage and optimize our core business software. You will join a 14-person IT team, where roughly half are dedicated to application support and development, ensuring the smooth operation of key systems.
What You'll Do
- Administer, adapt, and optimize our business applications
- Handle patch and release management
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Provide 2nd level support for application issues
- Introduce and test new applications and functionalities
- Train and consult (key) users and specialist departments
- Participate in projects and project management activities
- Analyze and resolve errors in cooperation with the internal development team and external service providers
What We're Looking For
- Experience in application management, application support, or application development
- German and English language skills

- ECM (Easy Product Suite)
- BPM systems
- CAQ systems
