About the Role
At Rehire, we are supporting a technology company in the search for an Android Mobile Developer to join their team. We’re looking for a strong individual contributor with solid hands-on experience in Kotlin and production-grade Android applications. This role requires ownership, technical clarity, and the ability to work effectively with distributed and US-based stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of professional mobile development experience.
- 2+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Kotlin and the Android SDK.
- Strong understanding of Android development fundamentals (architecture patterns, lifecycle, performance).
- Experience shipping and maintaining production-level Android applications.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
- Experience working in agile environments.

- Duration - 6 months with possibility of extension
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (US Eastern Time).
