What You'll Do
Work alongside project managers and mobile developers to design and build Android applications tailored to client needs. You'll help shape product ideas from concept through to release, focusing on clean architecture and intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate across disciplines with UX/UI designers, backend teams, and iOS developers to ensure cohesive application behavior and consistent functionality. Implement robust UI components, smooth animations, and custom views using current Android development practices.
Stay engaged with evolving tools and frameworks, contributing to a culture that values technical growth and experimentation. You'll have the chance to work across various domains including geolocation, payments, social features, and gaming.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on Android development experience
- Strong command of Kotlin and Java, including language-specific patterns and best practices
- Familiarity with performance optimization on mobile platforms
- Experience building and publishing apps to Google Play
- Proficiency with Git for collaborative development workflows
- Skilled in creating custom UI elements and fluid animations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Preferred Qualifications
Active interest in the Android ecosystem—following industry updates, attending events like Google I/O, or engaging with developer communities—is a plus. We value curiosity and continuous learning.
Technical Stack
You’ll work with established libraries including Retrofit, OkHttp3, RxJava, Dagger2, Glide, EventBus, and Butterknife, ensuring efficient and maintainable codebases.
