The Android Developer will take full ownership of the development lifecycle for Android applications within the online gaming and iGaming sector. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust mobile applications while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs, refine requirements, and guide updates or development of new software solutions
- Design innovative Android applications tailored to client specifications
- Write, test, and execute code to ensure functionality and reliability
- Adapt and modify applications based on organizational and client requirements
- Test and debug source code to identify and resolve issues early in development
- Develop prototypes, define program structure, and map information architecture
- Coordinate application development plans with stakeholders across teams
- Lead end-to-end development of Android and single-page web applications, from concept through release and support
- Maintain clean, reusable code and implement automated testing to uphold quality
- Evaluate legacy applications to detect bugs, missing features, and integration opportunities
- Debug and refactor code by branching, modifying, and merging changes or rewriting flawed sections
- Ensure applications are tested continuously during design and development phases
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within scope
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables

- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
- Relevant degree or diploma in a related field

- Experience working in agile teams and delivering software using agile methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with backend developers to integrate application components
