About the Role
We need Android engineers who are passionate about building high-quality native experiences for an AI-powered finance assistant, with a focus on intuitive flows, speed, reliability, and delivering value through every feature shipped.
Responsibilities
- Develop and release Android features using Kotlin.
- Design clear and efficient mobile workflows for financial services including insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and banking.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline complicated user processes.
- Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile interactions remain stable, secure, and dependable.
- Optimize app performance, including crash reduction, loading times, responsiveness, and memory efficiency.
- Use data from analytics, user behavior, and live issues to guide product improvements.
- Implement AI-powered features only when they meaningfully enhance the user experience.
