Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data models that support business intelligence and analytics needs
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines from various source systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
• Translate business questions into data-driven solutions
• Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Optimize data structures for performance and scalability
• Support data validation and reconciliation processes
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate data systems
• Document data models, pipelines, and transformation logic
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring frameworks
• Assist in defining metrics and KPIs for business units
• Use SQL extensively for data querying and transformation
• Leverage cloud data platforms for analytics workloads
• Participate in agile development cycles and team planning
• Contribute to best practices in data engineering and analytics
• Support self-service analytics tools for non-technical users
• Maintain awareness of data governance and compliance standards
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from business teams
• Improve existing ETL processes for efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate on dashboard development with visualization tools
• Ensure data lineage and transparency across systems
• Participate in code reviews and data design discussions
