Inventive Food Technology (IFF) is hiring an Analyst, People Operations - Dutch Speaking

Inventive Food Technology is looking for a Dutch Speaking Analyst, People Operations to join the Global Shared Services (GSS) team. You will manage employee inquiries and data, leveraging HR systems and knowledge tools to provide consistent customer service. You will be part of an agile, customer-focused team solving business problems from our Budapest office.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound queries from employees via the Ticket Service System.
• Leverage the knowledge base to provide consistent customer service and solutions.
• Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools.
• Redirect or escalate inquiries appropriately within HR SS, HR, or outside of HR.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Create and keep up to date employee documentation.
• Apply sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information.
• Relay opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation.
• Support peers with problem resolution and effective use of knowledge tools.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills and a desire to resolve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well versed in handling confidential HR information.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools; typing proficiency is required.
• Must be detail oriented and maintain accuracy and timeliness with a high volume of enquiries.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
• Experience in an HR department or customer contact center.
• Experience with Workday and understanding of human resources policies, procedures and benefits.
