Grupo Bancolombia is looking for an Analyst to manage the digital service for Interbank Operations (ACH), ensuring its usability, profitability, and compliance with legal, operational, and risk requirements. You will play a key role in strengthening the electronic interbank channel and supporting high-impact strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Administer the digital service for Interbank Operations (ACH) to guarantee its usability and profitability, complying with legal, operational, and risk requirements.
- Support the strengthening of the electronic interbank channel through new functionalities in the ACH El Salvador network via effective negotiation with participating financial entities.
- Support Senior Management in high-impact strategic initiatives, enabling diversification of the portfolio of electronic financial products.
- Present Requirement Scopes to IT and support areas for the Interbank Operations (ACH) Service, derived from internal analysis or projects.
- Establish scenarios in the different stages of the technology development lifecycle and certifications with support, IT, and Business areas.
- Ensure the functional and technical quality of the Interbank Operations (ACH) digital service, based on Business and Security guidelines and directives defined by the Bank.
- Support business and customer service areas by evaluating and reviewing system requests related to the Interbank digital operations service.
- Register inventory of requirements, incidents, certifications, validation tests, and technical documentation, establishing automated or manual periodic review processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Experience in Digital or Electronic Channels, Support, Technology, Processes, or EVC.
- Experience with ACH Networks, the Financial Sector, Online Banking, or Electronic Commerce.
