AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. is hiring a Senior Gen AI/Agentic AI Full Stack Lead to join their technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications aimed at revolutionizing mortgage lending processes, enhancing customer experience, and driving business innovation.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks for various mortgage lending use cases.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with hybrid retrieval, semantic chunking, and vector search.
- Integrate Gen AI solutions with cloud-native services like Azure OpenAI and GCP Vertex AI.
- Work with unstructured data, including PDFs, HTML, audio, and images, and multimodal models.
- Implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost tracking.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering or data science.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Gen AI or LLM-based systems.
- Strong TypeScript programming skills and experience with ML/AI libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Gen AI services, specifically Azure and GCP.
- Experience with REST API development and containerization.
- Solid understanding of AI governance, model safety, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
