About the Role
The Cloud-Based Contact Center Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing contact center solutions for improved performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center solutions.
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline contact center operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for contact center solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for contact center solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate and manage contact center solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for contact center solutions.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for contact center solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate contact center solutions with other systems and applications.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of contact center solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of contact center solutions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

- Develop and implement contact center solutions that support omnichannel communication.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of contact center solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
