About the Role

The Cloud-Based Contact Center Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing contact center solutions for improved performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center solutions.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline contact center operations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for contact center solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for contact center solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate and manage contact center solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for contact center solutions.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for contact center solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate contact center solutions with other systems and applications.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of contact center solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of contact center solutions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Develop and implement contact center solutions that support multi-channel communication.
  • Conduct regular performance testing and optimization of contact center solutions.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of contact center solutions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of contact center strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Develop and implement contact center solutions that support omnichannel communication.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of contact center solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Amazon Connect or related technologies.
  • Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of contact center analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of contact center integration with CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with contact center solutions for global and multi-lingual environments.
  • Knowledge of contact center solutions for high-volume and high-availability environments.
  • Experience with contact center solutions for regulated industries such as healthcare and finance.
