SellerVate is looking for a freelance Amazon Account Manager (m/w/d) specializing in troubleshooting to join our team. In this role, you will directly manage customer support cases within Amazon Seller Central, focusing on resolving complex listing issues and ensuring product data integrity.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer support cases directly within Amazon Seller Central.
- Analyze and resolve specific error codes, such as 8541 and 5665.
- Optimize and maintain flatfiles and product data.
- Work to restore listings to active status in a structured, fast, and solution-oriented manner.
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain complex issues understandably.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and handling flatfiles.
- Knowledge of how to communicate and escalate issues with Amazon Support.
- A hands-on mentality and a proactive approach.
- Reliable, independent, and structured way of working.
- Excellent German language skills, both verbal and written.
