Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive business analysis tasks throughout complex transformation programs in the Alternatives domain
- Gather, evaluate, and record business needs using suitable analysis techniques
- Maintain strong data governance and uphold high data quality standards across the Alternatives platform
- Drive solution design for major Alternatives projects, covering front-to-back operations, portfolio oversight, valuation, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with technology teams to convert business needs into scalable and compliant technical architectures
- Perform in-depth data evaluation and map existing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities
- Lead interdisciplinary design workshops with stakeholders from business, operations, and IT to review current processes and shape future operating models that support growth and scalability
- Create and maintain detailed business process models and workflow diagrams across various Alternative Asset Management business lines
