Aledade is hiring a Security Engineer II focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the security framework that protects our data and systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and security control evaluations
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC requirements into projects
- Analyze security metrics and report on program effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in information security, specifically in GRC or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
- Experience managing security risks and supporting compliance audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
