The Accelerated Agency is looking for an Azure Integration Architect for a contract engagement. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a transient layer on SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) to integrate seamlessly with SAP S4HANA and the existing ECC data model. Your work will facilitate the secure transition of SAP systems to the Azure cloud environment.
What You'll Do
- Understand the SAP Hana Data Model and Landscape to solution a transient layer on BDC that integrates with S4HANA and the current ECC data model
- Facilitate a seamless and secure transition of SAP systems to the Azure cloud environment, leveraging SAP BDC for enhanced data management and analytics
- Build a comprehensive Testing and Validation Strategy
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Business Data Cloud (BDC)
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, and integration capabilities
- Deep understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud or similar platforms
- Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and data integration within the BDC environment
- Familiarity with BDC’s data structures, APIs, and data access methods
- Strong knowledge of Azure services: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Logic Apps, Event Grid
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Experience migrating data from BDC to Azure
- Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar
- Familiarity in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and security concepts
