Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to carry out airside activities safely and in alignment with company policies and standard procedures, using clear communication methods.
- Work closely with clients, guests, vendors, and flight crews to fulfill service requirements such as refueling, de-icing, water and waste management, electrical power supply, aircraft positioning, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing operations.
- Anticipate needs for incoming and outgoing flights, complete assigned tasks promptly, and immediately report any safety issues to relevant parties.
- Operate various types of ground support vehicles and equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing units, tugs, ground power units, and passenger stairs.
- Handle loading and unloading of baggage and cargo between aircraft, passenger transfer vehicles, and other transport modes.
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service with a consistently positive demeanor to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers, luggage, and materials in a timely and respectful manner.
- Keep aircraft ramps and operational zones clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote safety and efficiency.
- Manage fueling operations with attention to quality assurance, inventory tracking, fuel delivery documentation, and record accuracy.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety, operational, and service standards across all job functions.
- Halt operations immediately if conditions or actions pose a risk to people, equipment, the environment, or the company’s reputation, and report the issue to management for resolution.
- Follow established emergency protocols during unexpected or critical incidents.
- Comply with all physical, digital, and data security requirements as set by the company and airport authorities.
- Maintain accurate logs of work hours, tasks completed, and services rendered.

- Work schedules include shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Tasks are conducted in diverse weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat or cold, and exposure to jet exhaust, dust, and high noise levels.
- Work takes place in proximity to both stationary and moving aircraft, including near operating propellers and engines.
- Candidates must pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks, drug screenings, meet airport security vetting standards to obtain and retain a security badge, and qualify under company insurance policies.
