Signature Aviation USA, LLC is hiring an Airside Experience Specialist to join our team redefining private air travel. In this critical frontline role, you will be responsible for safely delivering a wide range of requested services for general aviation aircraft, crew, and guests at our private terminal. You’ll work flexible schedules in varying weather conditions, operating ground service equipment and collaborating closely with a team to provide an exceptional airside experience.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently according to established policies and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs including fueling, de-icing, lavatory services, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing.
- Proactively prepare for arriving and departing aircraft, identify and perform open job tasks, and immediately speak up about observed safety concerns.
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks.
- Load and unload luggage and other cargo into and out of aircraft and from and into the terminal, guest vehicles, or other transport.
- Provide professional and friendly guest service with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Offer safe, convenient, and courteous transportation when driving shuttle vehicles to move guests, luggage, and cargo.
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operational areas.
- Handle fuel operations, including quality control, fuel receipt, inventory, and maintaining accurate related documentation.
- Understand, comply with, and enforce all operational, safety, and guest service requirements.
- Stop work when an unsafe condition or act is likely to cause harm and report concerns to the appropriate manager.
- Follow emergency response procedures during critical events.
- Understand, comply with, and enforce all security protocols as dictated by Signature Aviation and the airport.
- Create accurate records pertaining to time worked and activities and services performed.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge.
- Must be insurable by the company’s applicable insurance policies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
- Excellent vision and coordination to move and/or direct aircraft and visually inspect aircraft fuel, including passing a color vision test for fuel inspection.
- A valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions/directives from supervisor and management.
Nice to Have
- Three (3) to six (6) months of experience and/or training in aviation, customer service, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

Work Mode
This role is onsite at our private aviation terminal, requiring your physical presence to perform all essential functions of the job.
