Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews and heuristic evaluations to gather insights, then translate findings into user personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity, including microcopy for chat interfaces, agent workflows, and data-heavy displays like dashboards and search tools.
- Apply proven conversational design techniques—such as prompt structures, response logic, and error recovery—to improve AI interactions and work alongside AI engineers to refine user experiences.
- Design seamless bilingual experiences in Arabic and English, ensuring proper right-to-left layout, typography, and cultural localization for audiences in the Gulf Cooperation Council region.
- Develop and maintain design system components and tokens, keeping Figma libraries updated in line with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to assess technical feasibility, draft acceptance criteria, and provide detailed handoff materials including specifications and design assets.
- Run rapid usability tests and A/B experiments, then refine designs using data from user behavior, feedback, and research insights.
- Document user flows, edge cases, and decision logic for AI systems, while supporting ethical AI practices and privacy-conscious design principles.
- Support sales efforts by building compelling, high-fidelity prototypes and storytelling assets that demonstrate user value in pre-sales and internal presentations.
