PwC IT Services (US) LLC is looking for an AI UI/UX Designer to join a team solving complex business challenges. In this role, you will design AI-enabled interfaces for LLM-based chat, agent workflows, and data-rich dashboards, ensuring experiences are coherent in both Arabic and English for GCC audiences.
What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct lightweight user research, synthesizing insights into personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas.
- Design low- to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and microcopy for LLM-based chat, agent workflows, and data-rich interfaces like dashboards.
- Apply conversation design best practices and collaborate with AI engineers to shape model UX.
- Ensure Arabic and English experiences are coherent, including right-to-left layouts, typography, and localization for GCC audiences.
- Contribute to design systems, including components and tokens, and maintain Figma libraries aligned with accessibility standards (WCAG) and the PwC brand.
- Partner with engineers to validate feasibility, write basic acceptance criteria, and support handover with specs, redlines, and assets.
- Run quick usability tests or A-B experiments and iterate based on telemetry, stakeholder feedback, and qualitative research.
- Document flows, edge cases, and decision trees for AI experiences and contribute to Responsible AI and privacy-by-design practices.
- Support pre-sales demos and internal showcases with polished prototypes and narratives that clearly explain user value.
What We're Looking For
- 0-3 years of experience or familiarity in UI/UX or product design, with internships, projects, or junior roles welcome, preferably with data or AI products.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across research, interaction, and visual design, including at least one conversational or AI-enabled interface.
- Proficiency with Figma and collaboration tools; basics of Jira or Azure DevOps are a plus.
- Awareness of accessibility (WCAG), usability heuristics, and testing methods, with strong attention to detail and systems thinking.
- Comfort collaborating with engineers and product managers and the ability to translate business needs into clear UX deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multi-located and diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Arabic is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel 30% of the time, including regular work away from the base office and frequent overnight stays.

- Basic frontend familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with design tokens.
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
- Prompt writing for AI UX.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI practices.
