Prolific is seeking an AI Trainer - Concierge to contribute directly to the development of sophisticated AI models. Your professional expertise will help train and evaluate AI by assessing its responses to real-world scenarios. This is a fully remote, flexible role ideal for active professionals.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated responses to concierge scenarios and rate them for accuracy, appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality
- Compare multiple model answers, select the best response, and provide a justification for your choice
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help AI models learn from their mistakes
What We're Looking For
- Verified professional status as a Concierge, demonstrated through a profile showing educational and professional experience
- Recent clinical experience and a demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical reasoning and decision-making
- Willingness to complete a short skills and eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
- A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant
- A PayPal account to receive payments
