Endo Health GmbH, a Digital-Health-Startup rethinking women's health with evidence-based, prescription-driven solutions, is looking for an AI-Solutions Engineer (m/w/d). You will be the go-to creative hacker for AI, proactively accelerating internal teams by understanding their workflows and developing concrete AI solutions, automations, and agents.
What You'll Do
- Actively approach teams to understand their needs and translate workflows into concrete AI solutions, from small automations to agent-based workflows.
- Scout and evaluate the AI market, tracking trends in models, tools, and frameworks across text, code, audio, image, and video. Assess what is sensible for each department technically and economically within a regulated environment.
- Develop and deploy small web apps and agents or create skills and plugins for platforms like Claude and ChatGPT.
- Build internal AI infrastructure including a skill and prompt repository, MCP servers, and connections to internal tools and databases.
- Empower teams to work independently with AI through short workshops, direct daily support, and building genuine internal know-how.
What We're Looking For
- Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI including Prompt Engineering, Agentic Workflows, MCP, RAG Pipelines, and Tool Orchestration.
- Solid programming skills in at least one language like TypeScript, Python, or PHP, using common frameworks to build and deploy services, APIs, and internal tools.
- No-Code/Low-Code Automation knowledge with platforms like n8n, Make, or Lovable/Replit.
- High service orientation and initiative. You actively approach teams and see yourself as an internal enabler.
- A focus on speed and iteration, preferring to launch a first functional solution over a later technically perfect one.
- Secure handling of APIs: REST, JSON, and Auth concepts like API Keys and OAuth.
Nice to Have
- First experiences with AI frameworks like Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, LangChain or comparable.
