Sleep Number is seeking an AI Software Engineer to develop and implement AI solutions that enhance game development and operational efficiency for Tencent's overseas studios. You'll join an agile team leveraging technologies like Agentic AI, Gen AI, and LLMs to design and deliver AI-powered services within a complex, fast-evolving system.

What You'll Do

Assist in developing and implementing AI solutions to improve game development and operation efficiency.
Design and deliver AI-empowered services using cutting-edge technologies like Agentic AI, Gen AI, and LLMs.
Fine-tune large language models (LLMs).
Design and implement AI Agent Systems with open-source frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.

What We're Looking For

Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
Proficiency in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, and RAG.
Knowledge in one or more open-source AI Agent Frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
Proficiency in Python development.
Knowledge in Git and Jenkins.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $162,800.00 per year + equity via Restricted Stock Units (evaluated case-by-case).
