We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer specializing in Applied AI to help develop AI-driven features, including expanding an AI CoPilot product to support non-expert users in querying digital experience analytics. The role involves shaping product direction through early-stage development, user feedback, and fast iteration cycles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI-powered product features from concept to production
- Engage in early-stage product development and iterative improvements
- Take part in user interviews to test and refine product assumptions
- Rapidly prototype and transition ideas into working proofs of concept and production-ready features
- Ensure all developed features deliver measurable value to end users
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven background in TypeScript development
- Extensive experience (5+ years) building fullstack web applications, ideally in data-intensive environments
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and multiple front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, and Node
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with direct customer involvement
- Strong drive to create and ship AI-based features
Nice to Have
- Holds strong but flexible views on evaluating LLM application performance
- Has successfully launched an LLM-based application from concept to market
- Capable of quickly prototyping and iterating on data-driven solutions using LLMs and ML techniques
- Understands the strengths and limitations of LLMs and how to work around them effectively
- Knowledgeable about different LLM providers and their comparative advantages and tradeoffs
